Bare with me...wait, don't

I still haven't gottent he hang of this, mostly because I haven't been trying.
My mind's been on other thigns, like getting my journal and project finished for the end of this semester (tomorrow at 11:45, eep!) but I assure anyone who's interested that I have been collecting some things to post and to say.

First off, Happy 90th Birthday Christopher Lee for Sunday (and 101st to Mr Vincent Price if he were still with us), unfortunately time waits for no man, no matter how devilishly handsome or how baritone his voice, so I was unable to watch any movies as I was working on my project. I did, however, make a nice chili, lime, ginger, and green tea liquor fish dish which wasn't bad, and peaches and cream with sparkling wine for dessert (I'm a student, I can't afford champagne). I must admit, though, that a lot of my time has been taken up with watching Kids In The Hall on youtube. i would blame Belle Dee for my being out some monies for buying the boxset if it weren't her who also had a link to an old favorite cartoon of mine (Jeepers Creepers, with Porky Pig) which was the inspiration for my (mediocre) project. Gee, I hope she doesn't mind me talking about her...
Anyway, I'll try to find some time outside of sneaking off to the computer lab to post something a little more substantial and to hopefully fix up this shoddy layout of mine.
Please ignore any typos, I'm a little shaky, I think I'm coming down with something (just in time for the holidays, yay!) so, until next time, have Mr Lee singing some lovely opera.

Bear with me for a moment...

As a first post I don't have anything interesting or witty to say, I'm still trying to figure out how the damn thing works so when I go home I can customise it.
Here's a checklist (mostly for myself) of things I need to do to this blog;

• The About Me or whatever they call it section
• A list of links to other blogs and sites I like
• Possibly a header
• etc.

Okay, will do when home and will probably do a re-do post too...perhaps after a nap, I'm exhausted.
